Binə (also, Domi) or Tumi (Armenian: Տումի) is a village in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan.

History[edit]

The village was captured by Armenian forces during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War and was administrated as part of the Hadrut Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. The village had an Armenian majority prior to its recapture by Azerbaijan during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.[1]
