College career[edit]

Coulter played three years of high school football at Wilde Lake High School before transferring to Gwynn Park High School for his senior year.[1] Coulter signed with Rhode Island, an FCS school.[2] He played linebacker before switching to wide receiver.[3]

Coulter eclipsed the 1,000-yard receiving mark in his junior season, garnering 1,039 over the length of the schedule.[4] In doing so, Coulter was the seventh Rams player to have a 1,000-yard receiving season.[5] He was also named second-team all-Colonial Athletic Association.[6]

After his junior season, Coulter participated in the 2020 NFL Combine, running the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds.[7]
