Dr. Rovenia M. Brock, also known as Dr. Ro, is an American nutritionist, lecturer, health reporter, entrepreneur, and author.
Career[edit]
Brock teamed up with McDonald's to launch the Fruit and Walnut Salad in 2005 and the Chicken Asian salad in 2006.[1]
She helped The View co-host Sherri Shepherd lose 41 pounds.[2]
Radio and podcast work[edit]
Brock is nutrition contributor to National Public Radio (NPR).[3]
She launched a podcast, Dr. Ro on Demand, in 2019.[4]

Brock was executive producer, creator and host of Dr. Ro's Fit Kidz, a health and fitness children's DVD series.[5]l
