I have switched Groth's nationality to AUS, as indicated by the Wimbledon site. Wimbledon player page for Groth
To explain: In WTA events, Groth's nationality is given as SVK, as she doesn't have an Australian passport. The Majors, run by the ITF, have different rules and she is permitted to represent Australia, where she has lived since she was a teenager.
