Updated DYK query.svgOn 4 December 2018, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Anne-Marie Lagrange, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that in 2008, a team led by French astrophysicist Anne-Marie Lagrange directly imaged Beta Pictoris b, an exoplanet, confirming predictions of a massive planet existing around the star Beta Pictoris? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Anne-Marie Lagrange. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Anne-Marie Lagrange), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

New Page Reviewer Silver barnstar.png The New Page Reviewer's Silver Award
Hi. How's this for a blunder on my part: When I first drafted the brief mention for the 'In The Media' column in the upcoming issue of The Signpost, I didn't even realise that she has a Wikipedia article, and I was about to say it was time she had one. It's really nice to see someone with your professional and academic background finding time to patrol new pages - it's rare, and for 2,673 reviews this barnstar is long overdue. But let's not be too hard on Ben for his COI, Wade is so notable she would have got a Wiki page sooner or later anyway, and I would have written it myself. Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work!~~~~

Updated DYK query.svgOn 22 March 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Glass, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that glass (example pictured) can form naturally from supercooled volcanic magma? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Glass. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Glass), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000.
