About a Video of the Illuminati Building.[edit]

Hi, Þjarkur, just a message to explain about the video of the Illuminati. The treatment is purely historical. I'm not interested on conspirative theories but in the historical phenomena of the Illuminati. The content lets to view inside the patio where the original building of the Illuminati was. I visited the place in March, before the lockdown, and as far as I know there's no other video that shows this historical part of the building, where the jewish synagogue that was burnt on the kristallnacht was too. I deeply think it can be useful to those that investigates this historical period.

p.s. I'm sorry if I don't use the wiki codes well: I'm a beginner on Wiki comments and discussions and working with the codes it's a bit complicated for me.

Thank you, and Happy New Year. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Luismagerit (talkcontribs) 19:29, 30 December 2020 (UTC)

Hello Luismagerit, sorry for the late response. I personally found your video interesting, but Wikipedia tries to limit the types of content it links to in External Links. – Thjarkur (talk) 17:01, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) It's not a lolling matter, TheFirstVicar4: we can't host copyright violations anywhere on this site - not in articles, but also not in draft or user space. You're free to work on an article about that subject, but if you want to copy sources while you work on your content, do it offline and only upload here when you're finished. Cheers GirthSummit (blether) 18:22, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
We do usually delete copyrighted text from page histories, though. Regarding the subject, it's not immediately obvious to me whether he meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines, doesn't appear to have received much coverage. – Thjarkur (talk) 18:23, 8 January 2021 (UTC)

Ok will do parkur[edit]

Anantbodh Chaitanya[edit]

What is reason for deleting the article.[edit]

Good Morning. I do not understand why you put this article for deleting.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Deimantas007 (talkcontribs) 05:32, 11 January 2021 (UTC)

Regarding Deleting page about Anantbodh Chaitanya[edit]

Hello Þjarkur. Article about Anantbodh Chaitanya on wikipedia for many years. I just tried to put some information what I got from Internet. I do not understand if this article was not according to wikipedia policy so why wikipedia did not delete it many years ago. This person belongs to strong tradition. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yogialakh (talkcontribs) 06:14, 11 January 2021 (UTC)

Hello Deimantas007 and Yogialakh, since Wikipedia article's don't really undergo "review" as such, there are many old articles here that may not meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria. Regarding Anantbodh, I wasn't able to find sources showing that he'd received significant independent coverage. You are welcome to respond at the discussion page Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anantbodh Chaitanya, the matter being discussed is whether the subject has received significant independent coverage. You may however first want to have a look at Wikipedia's guidelines for editors with a conflict of interest if you are co-workers / co-founders or otherwise close to the subject. – Thjarkur (talk) 11:26, 11 January 2021 (UTC)

There are much information that can be added to his page. May I request you to put the hold at abeyance for sometime and allow me to give adequate references?

Regarding Wikipedia page of Swami Sharad Puri[edit]

Hello, Swami Sharad Puri is a renowned saint based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. He has many followers across the globe. People are looking for him on the internet. I don't understand the reason why Wikipedia has considered the page of Swami Sharad Puri for deletion. Kindly reconsider.Puneet180291 (talk) 08:08, 13 January 2021 (UTC)

See answer above – Thjarkur (talk) 00:23, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

Hello Sir, Kindly reconsider it once more time before deleting. Anant bodh Chaitanya is a well-known person. He belongs to very strong tradition of Hindu monk. You should not deleted this article. At least you need to consult who knows about Hindu religion and who knows about Shankar vedanta tradition.- Regards Ashirwad — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.204.169.205 (talk) 10:11, 17 January 2021 (UTC)

YSN Fab[edit]

Sir, somone is messing with my page is creating the same edit over and over. It is an ip account and I belive it is vandalization. In fact, if you look at the version history you can see he deleted the speedy deletion template. You are free to put it back in although you have not responded to my recent contest. Thanks UpcomingPurse (talk) 22:44, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

Certainly a strange thing to edit war over. I would recommend ignoring the matter for now, the IP has already called attention to itself in various locations. – Thjarkur (talk) 22:59, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

I will sir I guess I will wait some time and then put my edit back in. UpcomingPurse (talk) 23:01, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

Ayazona tagged for speedy deletion[edit]

Thank you for your efforts in patrolling new pages. I wanted to let you know that I have applied a speedy deletion tag to the article Ayazona, which you proposed for deletion, because I believe it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion. In cases where it applies, speedy deletion is preferable to proposed deletion; in the future, please tag blatantly inappropriate pages for speedy deletion first if they meet the criteria. I have left the {{prod}} tag in place, so that if speedy deletion is rejected, your proposed deletion will remain in place. Thanks! JJP...MASTER![talk to] JJP... master? 13:44, 13 January 2021 (UTC)

Semicolons alert![edit]

Hey there. I was just kind of "stealing" your script to fawiki and got here to remind you about using semicolons at the end of every statement. thank you for the useful script. :) --Jeeputer (talk) 23:53, 13 January 2021 (UTC)

Life is certainly prettier here in optional semi-colon land ;) The MediaWiki code editor encourages semicolons for some reason, there might be a good reason for it that I don't know of – Thjarkur (talk) 00:21, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
I didn't know that! got here to mention something like a pro and leaving like a newbie! haha. btw, i'm not a js expert and just started learning. thanks again. :) --Jeeputer (talk) 00:35, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

Skyr[edit]

Dear Þjarkur,

I see you reverted my minor edit on the skyr page. Do you think it's factually inaccurate? Or is it irrelevant? Or the problem is that I didn't provide a source? If the missing source is the problem, would these articles constitute a good source: The Guardian and 10Best? Both of them mention the Icelandic tourism boom as a major driving force behind the skyr's popularity. Please let me know. Johnnyjanko (talk) 08:25, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

Hi, the reversion was only due to the lack of a source, it seemed a bit too speculative. The Icelandic sources I can find say it's due to marketing efforts from around 2005. The Guardian says the popularity is due to various marketing efforts, but that tourism has "helped to spread the word". Will add some of it to the article now. – Thjarkur (talk) 11:08, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

2lane and Teleblast Music Group[edit]

Hi there! Do you reckon it's worth putting these through AfD? It doesn't look like they'll get speedied, probably because there is an assertion of notability even though it's not supported at all by any references. Spiderone 09:48, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

I feel it's almost not worth it, if SPI weren't so backlogged I'd have opened a case there to get these G5'd. – Thjarkur (talk) 12:12, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
It's a real pain. I'm not sure the A7 will go through as the editor has claimed that it has charted in Germany and Italy, which is technically a claim to notability. A fraudulent one but a claim nonetheless. Spiderone 15:01, 15 January 2021 (UTC)

Swami Sharad Puri[edit]

Sir, Swami Sharad Puri is not only running a secondary school but also he is a Hindu monk who is working for cow protection and providing free education who really needy. This article about him should remain on Wikipedia. there is enough news about him to prove his notability. Thank you
