Çinarlı or Vank (Armenian: Վանք) is a village in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan.[1]

History[edit]

The village was captured by Armenian forces during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War and was administrated as part of the Hadrut Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. The village had an Armenian majority prior to its recapture by Azerbaijan on October 20, 2020 during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.[2][3]
